You may have noticed that sometimes after rain has fallen, the place gets choked with traffic...
Who knows why?

Because rain just fall nah

Two in my opinion:

1. During heavy down pour people restrict movement, once the rain is gone, those who wanted to move earlier plus those wanting to move now hit the road. This only happens in crowded cities and along major roads that leads to work or home.

2. Poor drainages render some roads non-motorable at that point, so available roads along that axis becomes the choice and causes traffic, again for crowded cities.
