Shortlisting process is taking forever.

It does take some time. In the last recruitment which was advertised in November, testing was last week of February and first week of March. So this one was advertised later so I reckon it would be later than that by about 3-4 weeks. Should be march all things being equal

Advert was 20 November, Invite was January 16th from dragnet to complete a form and Testing was 1st February. At least 2 months from date of advert. We ought to have received feedback from them last month.
