I think the road is a short cut for those enroute Lagos coming into Ibadan from ikire axis.

This will make the journey shorter and reduce the traffic in Ibadan too.

I just hope it's the road. It links you directly to Lagos Ibadan expressway an soon as you enter Ibadan.

This will be a milestone achievement.

Hw didn't initiate the project. But commendably he is continuing it as Ladoja has done the engineering designs and paid compensation to land owners.
But the project is not near completion . They only built the interchanges at the point the road will divert on Lagos Ibadan expressway and the point it joins the Ibadan ife express..... The rest of the project is largely untouched

See the circular road along IFE-IBADAN Express . This projects is been done by governor Seyi Makinde government. Cranesburg is doing massive roads infrastructures in oyo state. Seyi Makinde is doing massive works in oyo state.

He should have started the road at around Soka/Lead University area of Ibadan Toll-gate but he started around Guru Mahrahji, just to make sure his village is captured and this is costing government a lot of money than it would have spent.

I even heard it, authoritatively, that Seyi has bought nearly all the lands on that stretch for future use and sale.
