Same NAFDAC approved it, they didn't know it contained large amounts of sildenafil until the Germans said so.

My advise to those who are strong heads , if you must take it or any other like it , do not consume everything at once take just a half on the bottle. but if you want to stay safe take things like Tiger nuts , dates , banana and water melon they are very safe for good health and will also improve blood flow without side effects

What you listed is physical health... Most ED especially among the young is psychological or performance anxiety.
They don't need fruits and fiber to cure performance anxiety related ED... They need therapy and counselling.

Perhaps they do not see having sex how adults sees it. They are worried they may not satisfy their partners. They watch all kinda pornos and believe they must perfom as seen on pornos.
