I dont want to believe their IQ is that low. I think its more of trying to make their arguments align with their belief. They kind of suspend reality to make their biases seem real.

They sent a circular not to curtail their consumption but to stop Nigerians from knowing how extravagant they live on our dime.

Circular to prevent leakage just got leaked

It's unstoppable as far as IT world is concerned.

They need to hire me...we will send out different letters changing one word to all the Ministeries...we will see the one that makes it out, and the investigation will begin there ...once we know the Ministry that is leaking...we will set up surveillance to catch the perpetrators...and change the law before we catch the person so they can be prosecuted in a special court and sentenced for a long long long time. That will change the equation...if not, we will continue changing words till we catch all of them.
