I like how the memo is being leaked. This is also sending a signal to them that no secrecy is allowed in government internal business. |

Lanruze: Why do you guys like to argue ignorantly? Are you a Federal public servant? Do you know what a circular is in the Federal public service? How can a circular that was published on the website of the Head of service be a secret document that is not meant for the public? Are you guys IQ really this low? 2 Likes |

Seun, I can see you or one of your mods have quickly deleted my post. Let me make it very clear to you, this thread is a big shame to Nairaland. You either take correction if a sincere mistake was made or keep hiding my comments to keep up the lie. How can a=n educated person be reporting that a circular that was published on the website of the Head of service for service wide circulation is a leaked document? Make it make sense, please. This thread is a lie and a big shame. Pull it down and stop hiding the truth. 2 Likes |

Dubious people always want things to be done under the shadow of secrecy. That was how Nigeria got into this mess in the first place. |
Re: Circular To Stop The Leakage Of Sensitive Official Documents by pappilo(m): 2:52pm On Feb 20 |
Lanruze: You are dull. After reading that explanation you still think it leaked. A circular cannot be leaked. It is for widespread circulation. Can you not see the number of recipients? These recipients are then expected to cascade to thier staff. |
Re: Circular To Stop The Leakage Of Sensitive Official Documents by pappilo(m): 2:54pm On Feb 20 |
seunmsg: I dont want to believe their IQ is that low. I think its more of trying to make their arguments align with their belief. They kind of suspend reality to make their biases seem real. |

They sent a circular not to curtail their consumption but to stop Nigerians from knowing how extravagant they live on our dime. |

They need to hire me...we will send out different letters changing one word to all the Ministeries...we will see the one that makes it out, and the investigation will begin there ...once we know the Ministry that is leaking...we will set up surveillance to catch the perpetrators...and change the law before we catch the person so they can be prosecuted in a special court and sentenced for a long long long time. That will change the equation...if not, we will continue changing words till we catch all of them. Nonny95: |
