Not to be a sadist, but we heard so about Dangote refinery. Nothing yet till now. With the current party in power, every news is taken with a pinch of salt. Pray it comes to pass as they said though, as it will help alleviate the suffering of the masses.

that is probably amongst the reasons why he has resorted to importing his own crude.

I don't want to rejoice over this refineries update.

check the price of diesel, deduct roughly 5%...that's the unsubsidized free market price of petrol.....and start to prepare yourself for it.
