They gave reason why Air Peace was given landing permit at Gatwick airport. So it's left for the company to accept or your it down.

Seems you don't know what a greater metropolitan area of a city is. Technically Katy is not in Houston, but for ease of reference since its in the Houston Metropolitan Area, anybody in Katy will say they are living in Houston. Even Ikeja is not in Lagos technically, cos Ikeja was separate city on its own, which is why the Capital of Lagos State is Ikeja, not Lagos. Real Lagos is Lagos Island up to Oyingbo, Ebutte Metta and Yaba.
