Hi guys. A follow up from my last post.
Application submission- 14th of February
Biometrics collection letter-14 of February
Biometrics-15th of February
BVL and Passport request- 23rd of February.

It took 6 working days and I only submitted my U.S visa.
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Debbieeeeeee: 10:31am On Feb 23
People who underwent biometrics this year, regardless of U.S. visa status, appear to have received quicker responses.

Hello. Did she check her computer system to know that you have Canada family visa application or you told her?
Yes, she did. We were done with the interview she already kept the passport in. Then she peeped sharply like a notification popped up, while looking at her screen she asked. And i said yes we have an application. Then she said whats the status? I said still pending. That was it.

I have a soon to be expired canadian Visa and 5 yrs US visa & I visited canada last year for 8 days.

I submitted passport, NIN, US visa and letter of invitation.
When you said you submitted only US visa does that mean you didn't submit anything else including statements of accounts?

Yes this happen becos usa and canada share visa informatiin database. Abd it show ur application history on screen since it matches ur name and biometic data so she was only testing ur honesty becos she saw it on the screen that ur were denial canada visa but you said pending. Same with one foolish quack visa agent that make a fake scan expired usa sticker for a guy hoping that will result to fast canada visa issurance but the boy got a ban for misreprentation!

In my humble opinion, it is not as complicated as you believe. If the second business had been registered with CAC before you submitted your first application, then I will suggest you drop it and maintain your ABC company with the business you used in your first application.

If I were you, I wouldn't rush to apply as I will use the next 2-3 months to build my economic and financial tie with the business you indicated in your first application. It is strategy. The account will be flowing with in and out of cash. Invoices and receipts with my customized company name will be available to tender to the VO. For instance, if I issue an invoice of 300k to a customer, I will make sure that 300k enter my account the date the invoice was issued and the name on the invoice tally with the creditor. If I buy products and received 1M receipts, I will ensure 1M leaves my account the day my receipt was issued. If you can't do it alone, your siblings or family members or trusted friends can help you run your account. Meanwhile, be smart!!! The account name crediting your account must tally with whatsoever name on your invoice.

While you maintain your ABC company, submit your work ID, payslip and your salary account. Your leave letter must be inclusive. Let your leave dates tally with your intended month of travel. For instance, if your leave is 30 days, let your intended stay in Canada be 10-15 days and falls within your leave period.

Do you have assets(fixed, landed, building, investment, car, e.t.c)? If yes, then include the evidences in your application.

For your family tie- are you married? If yes, use your husband and children. Are you single? Use your parents and make it look like you are the air they breathe.

Above all, PRAY FOR GRACE TO SPEAK.

Shalom!!!

msbaileyz:

Reason for refusal is Family, financial and economic ties which is why I decided to add the business I didn’t state in my previous application.

I left out one of my businesses, not two.

It’s looks complicated.

Oh!!! I mistook your for @msbaileyz , initially🤦. I was following her post thread undecided My apologies. I have to edit it because the point I raised may not be applicable to yours.

Normally, all 3 ties- family, financial and economic are put into consideration. Being single and not having parents is considered A WEAK FAMILY TIE, and if your siblings are adults, they can't be your dependent, thereby, they are considered WEAK.

I believe if you have A VERY VERY STRONG FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC TIES, your family tie as being single may be overlooked. Imagine earning like 1M monthly
and you have fixed assets, investments, your own
house e.t.c. I believe the VO can't deny you because
you are single. If you can LEGITIMATELY PROVE your strong financial and economic ties, coupled with your siblings, then your application should fly for approval. You can use the pictures of you and your siblings during your parents burial.

Take your time to work on your financial and economic ties and be ready to tender your evidences for every claim.

I wish you all the best

Shalom

Hi guys .. Please help me out

https://portal-portail.apps.cic.gc.ca/signin?lang=en

This new portal didn't request that I upload the Temporary resident visa application form ( IMM5257 )

Nor did it ask for the family form .. Is this how it works or I've made a mistake ?

Also, where do I get my UCI number if I'm to fill the IMM 5257 form ?

Thanks so much..
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by slimmsyyetty: 1:27am On Feb 24
You have made no mistake. The new portal asks questions in the form of a questionnaire, eliminating the need to download and upload forms. All you have to do is to supply the information.

If this is your first application, then you have no UCI number, yet. You will get your UCI number only after your first application payment. Your UCI number will come with your biometric instruction letter

Shalom!!!
