In my humble opinion, it is not as complicated as you believe. If the second business had been registered with CAC before you submitted your first application, then I will suggest you drop it and maintain your ABC company with the business you used in your first application.

If I were you, I wouldn't rush to apply as I will use the next 2-3 months to build my economic and financial tie with the business you indicated in your first application. It is strategy. The account will be flowing with in and out of cash. Invoices and receipts with my customized company name will be available to tender to the VO. For instance, if I issue an invoice of 300k to a customer, I will make sure that 300k enter my account the date the invoice was issued and the name on the invoice tally with the creditor. If I buy products and received 1M receipts, I will ensure 1M leaves my account the day my receipt was issued. If you can't do it alone, your siblings or family members or trusted friends can help you run your account. Meanwhile, be smart!!! The account name crediting your account must tally with whatsoever name on your invoice.

While you maintain your ABC company, submit your work ID, payslip and your salary account. Your leave letter must be inclusive. Let your leave dates tally with your intended month of travel. For instance, if your leave is 30 days, let your intended stay in Canada be 10-15 days and falls within your leave period.

Do you have assets(fixed, landed, building, investment, car, e.t.c)? If yes, then include the evidences in your application.

For your family tie- are you married? If yes, use your husband and children. Are you single? Use your parents and make it look like you are the air they breathe.

Let me paint the current scenario of the Employment and Businesses company XYZ (company I did not state in previous application) that you said I should drop the which is actually a very good advice.

In the last six months, asides my salary account from my employment (used in my previous application) and remittances of 550k from company ABC (company used in previous application) to my personal account
AND
For the past six month, there has been remittances of 2m monthly from company XYZ (company not stated in my previous application) into the same personal account.

How do I explain that source of income without stating that I own the business since I didn’t state the business in my previous application and it advisable to drop it to avoid inconsistencies??

For Instance, I want to explain in my LOE;

****I am engaged with Company XYZ and my monthly savings from my engagement with the company is 2m as seen on my personal bank statement. ****

You see this last paragraph I need to explain what I do with the company with proofs.

In my opinion, for young aspiring youth like you(with no STRONG Family, financial and economic ties) willing to relocate, I advise you go through study in Europe. Canada is not a child's play.

To go to canada through visit with weak family, financial and economic ties is almost impossible.

If you would like to go through PR, you need to evaluate your credential(first degree) through WES. Even though your IELTS is quite okay, I fear your work experience from your year of graduation may limit your chances of obtaining high CRS score.

Firstly, immediately upon seeing offers including flight and accommodation, I know it's a scam. Full sponsorship to work in Canada with many people looking for job now in canada na you company go sponsor from outside canada with free fligth and accomdation ..you will go mine Gold for them or na that ur skill superman ? That's the best approach scammers use to catch your attention - offering free sponsorship but requiring a commitment fee. That 70k commitment you see? That's just the first payment. For the second payment, they'll ask you to pay for document verification or medical fees. Then, you'll be asked to fill out many useless forms. Next, they'll send you a fake job offer, and you'll find yourself paying and paying in different formats. Eventually, you'll realize it's a scam, but by then, you've already lost your money. The best-case scenario is they'll give you another visitor visa or a fake visa and dump you in Dubai or South Africa. So, stay vigilant and be very careful; scams are everywhere now and many many story dey of japa scam =)


and to your question visitor visa and work visa are 2 different category , people apply visitor visa and can still apply student ,or work visa with same profile you cannot be a doctor on visitor application and now a mechanic on work visa application that na direct misrepresentation but better face that your visitor visa as that ur work visa process no pure and the story still long it just started and pls keep us updated .

Please, where did you get the medical results you are uploading😲? You said IRCC requested for your medicals right? If that should be the case, IRCC doesn't accept medical records submitted by applicants.

Currently, they have two ACCEPTABLE CLINICS (IOM AND QLIFE) where applicants medicals can be done. These clinics are the ones that would upload your medical results directly to IRCC and you can use any of the two.

Quickly book an appointment with either Qlife or IOM with the medical request letter from IRCC to enable them give you a closer date to come for your medical tests because you have 30 days from the date you received the medical request letter to let this accredited clinics forward your medical tests to them.

I have already attached IOM.

Do you have any trade or apprentice certificate of the business that generates 2M to just show or prove how you were able to acquire the knowledge to be able to carry out that contract with the XYZ company, even if there's no correlation between your first discipline and the business? For Instance, you can't be a carpenter and claim to be a mechanic, too. You must show how you were able to acquire both skills before you claim you can spread your knowledge on these two skills

But if it hasn't been registered or you just registered it after your first denial, you don't need to go through this process. You can still use it straightaway as a new business that you established after your first denial

Yes! Because they have not requested for any document. And you will get a mail confirmation.

Yes, please. This is just an auto-generated email.

You will later receive an email from IRCC notifying you that the docs you submitted have been attached to your application to be viewed by the VO that would be reviewing your application. This email may come between 24hrs to 2weeks depending on the volume of webform they received.

Is there a better way you would suggest to get their attention as the school requires that I have a course advisor.

She doesn't have a job that is earning up to 500k. How then will she explain the source of the huge in and out cash flow on her statement of account? They don't just look at cash flow alone. The amount she claims to earn must be consistent with her cash flow and be ready to explain any lump sum acquired that is far above her income.

What do you mean by siblings sponsorship? Is it in terms of visitation? Siblings can invite one another, regardless of their position in the family, as long as the one being invited can prove from the application submitted of SURE RETURN back to Nigeria

If she wants to claim business route, then she should be ready to provide evidences of the existing business.

Above all, her Family, financial and economic ties must be strong, so don't focus on one aspect alone.

Depending on your duration of course, Canada study visa for POF may not be less than 35-40M (with current exchange rate) for the least school fees of 1 year program. Expect more for 2 years. The least school fee now in canada is not less than $10000cad plus $20000cad compulsory cost of living, excluding application fee for course admission and visa, aside miscellaneous expenses like flight, e.t.c.
Now base on your profile, how would you be able to legitimately convince the VO on how you were able to acquire this? You must also convince the VO that you would come back. So are you ready for all these challenges?

To get a Master's program may be tough and challenging but it is still possible. On your case, there's little or no link between biochemistry and neuroscience because you aren't a direct medical student. You don't have a foundational background on brain studies. It would have been easier if you were a medical student willing to specialize in neurology. Again, what's your CGPA? Before some lecturers in abroad can even manage to respond to your email for consideration, you must show them a CGPA of at least 4 out of 5. The way you respond and how they seem to like your brilliancy will determine if you would be picked. Remember you are CONTENDING WITH GURUS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES FOR SPACE. Again, how many journals have you published? So if you have a very good CGPA of 4 and above, streamline your master's course to the area of your first degree to boost your chances because those who have solid foundational knowledge in NEURO with a very strong CGPA of 4.5 and above from other countries will drastically limit your chances. Another factor is study gap.

Now for someone of your age who just recently graduated, in Nigeria system, you are expected to be sponsored either by parents, very closed relative (in family tree) or scholarship. Since you have a challenge of relative issue, how will you fill this gap? That's just my concern.

Applied on the 15th of February 2024
Biometrics done on the 20th of February 2024
Ppr 27th February 2024
My mother is retired, so we submitted some of her old work Id's and pictures at work.
I wrote the invite and stated that she wants to come and see her granddaughters, all the cost will be on me. ( Food, accommodation, flight etc)
I submitted my account with 6k CAD and my mother had a fixed deposit of 1.1 naira. I submitted
Family pictures, birth certificate, PR card .

I didn't submit any work document.

Morning house. My visa application was not approved. I applied in August,did biometrics in September,21st to be precise. But that's just by the way. Special thanks to supporting comments I have gotten here. My biggest pain is not applying myself,I knew nothing about Canada as at the time I was ready, reason I used an agent. He did his best,but not having direct access to my portal is what I don't like.

So sad to hear about your refusal, it is not the end of the world. You can reapply but before you do, kindly ensure you have all the docs submitted by the agent so you won’t contradict yourself in the new application.
Secondly, your proposed new application will go thru the Norman processing days o, even if not more.

I have been on this platform since I applied for a Canada visit visa in June 2023 through an agent. I didn't really know much about the whole processing thing, hence why I used an agent at that time. Ever since I followed this platform, I have gained better insight Into the whole process.

My dilemma now is that, will it be possible to run a study application and a visit application concurrently? since I have not heard anything from IRCC since June. The agent I used kept saying my application was "in progress".

Is there also a way I can track my application myself or send a message to IRCC to expedite my application? At this point, I don't even mind whatever the final decision. I just want to hear something.
