Why can’t it be a combination of both? Two different coaches and different line up and u want me to believe they didn’t play anything different. Even if u analyzed their style you will see a difference.

Amedino99:
the only issue I had with jpes was the personnel used in the match. Civ didn't really play anything different from the group stage match. It was our injured players that made the difference.

comodo:

Every goalscorer is as good as his team mates. I wonder how people expect a player in a team that played 80℅ of a match in their own half to just conjure goals. A striker can only score if he has opportunity of even shooting. If a striker is denied of that he will become anonymous. Carry halland and put in burnley. Play him against Man City. I want check something.

That’s not true. World class strikers are capable of creating and scoring their own chances. If you think I’m lying go and watch fenomeno, Henry, cristiano even drogba will shoot from 40 yards

Bro, I disagree on your analogy. To me, a world class player is a player that can play at the highest level and is extremely competent regardless of his consistency. For example,Ronaldinho prime was from 2002 until 2006 and he was world class during that period. Afterwards, he lost form and sadly went into oblivion. On current form, there are not many number 9 better than osimehn and he is presently capable of excelling at the highest level. Osimehn main roadblock has been his inability to perform at big games and once he sorts that roadblock, the sky is the limit. He is the type of player that will guarantee you goals against small teams while being quiet at semi, finals etc. furthermore, he is definitely a world class striker in 2024

Unable to perform in big games, yet he has goals against Valencia, Chelsea, Roma, Juventus and the likes?

My point here,do we need to play players out of steam to the extent they are ruled out of the season due to injuries when we have players who can do it on the bench.I’m not talking of changing the whole team but forcing two or three players to play can affect the team.

JP can do better in this regard next time.

Just look at the way Adingra cooked Aina on the right wing. I felt pity for him.

Ekong out for the rest of the season due to injury sustained in AFCON group stage match against CIV.

To undergo surgery for the bicep femoris injury in Finland.

Got injured but still played through the pain barrier to win tournament MVP that's my captain cool

Men our players who were the real walking wounded in the finals cry Huge respect to them
I remember the game against SA,his mobility was heavy, I tried to highlight this part but some people disagreed with me. It's obvious the injury impeded his movement in that game but he played through it.

His minutes should have been better managed. Paok should petition FIFA and send his medical bills to NFF.

Oga you must be drunk on cheap wine go and sitdown one corner with your retarded analysis

Name one 1 class player that doesn’t have another world class player to help him just name it

I promised myself not to engage in insults but this is too dumb coming from you

Henry played with gods in both club and country
Ronaldo r9 player with gods with both club and country
Cr7 played with gods both club and country
Drogba played with gods in club football and future hall of gamers in country

Osimehn played with f*cking a$$ teammates with no real goal by the end of the season

Man single-handedly put Napoli on the map 🗺 and you’re here to spew thrash because he’s having a poor season and he’s team is not helping because he wants to leave

There’s nobody on that Napoli club currently that’s world class

Go back to the season Napoli won the scudeto and see the odds bookmarkers gave them to win the league

No osimenh no party for Napoli last season Simple

to put more context on this, they have never won the golden afcon. It's four silver trinkets they have in their dusty trophy room.

e pain me Osimhen missed 2021 Afcon….Eguavoen’s squad and formation would have introduced osimhen greatly to the African tournament with likes of Iwobi,Nwakali, Iheanacho all available for that tournament..by 2023 afcon osimhen would have use goals to scatter everywhere, cos he would have gathered Afcon pressure and experience…by 2025 of we qualify watch a deadly osimhen.
Yekini First Afcon was in 1984(zero goal), by Afcon 1986 we didn’t qualify then he came back in 1988(scored only 1goal) then by Afcon 1990,1992,1994 baba was already a mad goal poacher…lets chill for Osimhen

You must be smoking maragana. Emenike qualified Nigeria and won the nations cup on his first attempt while performing in big games and while osimehn is also a top class performer for the super eagles, he wasn’t as impressive for Nigeria as emenike thus far. You don’t want to perform at big games and you expect everyone to be mute because you be dangote

that means Emenike is also better than Yekini by winning afcon at his first trial…the way una dey analyze ball here ehhn🤣

Epic performance from Kevin De Bruyne. Three assists in one half is massive. I have lost count of how many assists De Bruyne has made since returning from injury. Kudos to Haaland for taking those chances neatly.

Haaland's positioning and movement has been impeccable. The performance is the result of these.

This is where I want Osimhen to improve massively. He needs to become part of the build up play.

Also, we can't play in a negative fashion and expect to dominate offensively.

he can never become world class if he continues like this. He is supposed to score the goals by sheer hard work and without support from anybody.

Nigeria U 17 youth league ambassadors Yakubu Aiyegbeni,Patrick Pachal,Austin Eguavoen and Seyi Olofinjana but this life good o cuz I remember Eguavoen gave Olofinjana his first opportunity that changed his football career and moved to Norway.Seyi Olofinjana was amongst five ex university players who combined education with NPFL recommended by Amusa Adisa for eagles camping and Eguavoen was impressed with Olofinjana.
