The first man who did her autopsy found poison in her system, ruling her death a homicide, but he mysteriously died soon after. Another person took over and now said it was pneumonia/natural causes, but I've never bought that narrative. Apparently, she had a tell-all book she was about to release. I pray the truth of the matter will come to light someday.
