Babalegba:It depends. If it's a famous one, it will keep me awake, but if it's not, I fall asleep with it. Another way I sleep faster is with earpiece and playing an FM without signal. Just the noise. It gives me the same feeling I get when it's raining and I hypnotize myself into seeing it as real rain and boom, I start feeling cold as if it's truly raining and sleep comes. 1 Like |
