Very funny tho, I find this hard to deal with. Sometimes I imagine myself in a rich green land then I get distracted by my many thoughts of worry (truly to be a man is not as easy as we dream it) 😢

I'm not actually a fan of watching movie,but if I need some good sleep,all I need is just a movie on my phone and I'm off to the Dreamland. Watching movie is my best sedative.

Sleep comes natural, one does not need any help to be able to sleep except one has insomnia.
