The only difference in the container house is that it is faster to build than normal cement house.

You are very correct.
I could remember when I went to one of my companies outlets. It was a busy outlet but has the challenge of space. The space is a leased land. We had three 40feet container office. One serves as store.
I made proposal to bring another 3 containers to be placed on top of each of the ones serving as offices to create a kind of a story building. This will help in solving the problem of space. The idea was bought by the management.

To get the containers became very big issue. We finally managed to get one at a very high cost coupled with its transportation. That one was finally placed on top of the store with beautiful construction work. The inside was lagged and padded.
My dear, I know how much that conversion cost the company.

The only benefit is that it takes shorter time to construct compared to cement house. Secondly, you can dismantle it and move to another location.

Container house is not cheap

Only brick block house make sense among the three very economical.....I need to start buying from Benue then sell in Ogun state.....

Is there a way one can attach a ceiling inside the container? Something like abastors or POP, so to reduce the heat.

What is the duration of container? How long will it take to reach old age?
A normal house built with block and cement last 20yrs after which, it is said to be old. What about a container?
