ITF pay is better.

ITF pay is better or will get better People that they have not paid their usual allowance this year , People that the govt is trying to slash their money ,they now have to remit 50 percent generated revenue to the government and then use the remaining 50% to train the organization that they get their income from and also pay their staffs unlike before that they keep 50% for themselves .....they are still talking with the government on it but as per last month they still havent receive their housing allowance which they usually receive in January .

Paramilitary,enjoyment go soon start..after this one new minimum wage go top up join.effective March 2024

Increase is only for Junior cadre

Yes I totally agree they have not,not only them we have not received too,it's because of this government policy.some agencies have not.for my place,rent, wardrobe and transport allowance has not being given.but hopefully it will be paid soon across gov.agencies

Yes they can. I know someone in NCC that studied Yoruba language.
I know someone FIRS that studied biolog.
You will be trained and will learn from others

My advice to anyone with an unrelated degree in such organisation would be to try and learn and upgrade himself.

You don't have to have a business degree to do ICAN, ACCA or get an MBA. Even a PGD and then an MSc.
If ICT is okay for you. There are tons of ICT certifications ranging from programming languages to managing ICT teams (e.g AGile)

Just get the job and the rest is settled

It's not. Both circular says same thing; perculiar allowance and rent increase for all cadres, tax waiver for only junior staff members.
