He traveled abroad with films acting skills. What was he expecting? Did he get to acquire other high in demand skills aside being an actor? Don't blame abroad my brother. Go and get a skill. Na person na do 6 months program for Canada wey dey earn 400 per few hours so as a psychologist. What of other high in demand skills like truck driving, plumbing, HVAC technician? There are so many short programs you can run to settle in properly and live comfortably. But you didn't take advantage of all of those opportunities. ogbonti will now have something to talk about. ogbonti, your food is ready o. 1 Like 1 Share |

OgaTheTop2: Thank you my brother. ogbonti, come and see testimony. Why you complain that abroad failed you and you were deported, here is a testimony that shows that you were practically an illegal immigrant, that's why abroad didn't favour you. 2 Likes 1 Share |

BigDawsNet: Exactly. That's why ogbonti japa illegally and it didn't favour him. He got deported back to Nigeria and was all feeling bittered whenever he sees those who japa and are doing well. He started jumping from thread to thread castigating japa, forgetting that his destiny is different from those other people. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Bultwo: This is the only statement ogbonti use to console himself, after being deported to Nigeria 10 years ago. He finally turned to anti-japa antichrist. Now I have decided to be his nightmare. This Nairaland will not contain me and ogbonti trust me. 2 Likes 1 Share |

He should not be complaining at all. Does he thinks that abroad is eldorado? Was he expecting to break into Hollywood stardom because he is a Nigeria nollywood star? Most Nigerians stars that didn't make it in the Nigeria movie industry do resort to odd jobs when they move abroad. He should be thankful that he can pay his bills being a uber driver. I feel that there is dignity in labour no matter how little you earn from it, as long as it puts food on your table be grateful. If he feels that the job he is doing over there doesn't befit his status then he should come back home and face Nigeria reality. Abeg he should not be complaining o because moving abroad will really humble you and I except him to know that. |

Scholace: If you calm down you'll see that all these things you mentioned are found overseas too...painment and bitterness will only drive you insane because all those Nigerians you mentioned still love their country more than another and that is the point of the comment I made not whether Nigeria is the best nation in the world but that NIGERIA IS THE BEST NATION IN THE WORLD FOR ANY NIGERIAN TO LIVE IN. IF you cannot comprehend that then keep up your hatred and anger against Nigeria and it will never be better for you in Nigeria or anywhere else ypu run to in as much as you ever drank the water and walk on the sand of this country. |

psalmsjob:Tell me which overseas country where their citizens are on 30k monthly minimum wage, while their leaders are one of the highest paid in the world. I have so many to ask but let me start with you from here. |
Re: JAPA: "I Regret Relocating Abroad" – Femi Brainard Opens Up On Being Uber Driver by psalmsjob: 8:50pm On Mar 07 |
Scholace: You don't have to tell me you have plenty to ask because from the fastness with which you replied me I already know you didn't even read(listen) to what I wrote that AS A NIGERIAN, NIGERIA IS THE BEST COUNTRY FOR YOU EVEN AS IS What have you ever done for Nigeria? Have you even ever paid income tax? How many country does their civil servants resume work at 10am and close at 2pm instead of 8a to 4pm? How many country does their civil servants go about their personal businesses even at the duty post? How many country does their civil servants collect payments from fellow citizens to carry out offical duties? People like you like to compare the good things you see in other nations but are not ready to put in the Personal effort, patriotism and integrity that citizens of those nations put in to get at the results you like so much now....and mind you it's not a onetime input it is a continuous input to keep getting the good results...stop kicking your foot against the rock(Nigeria) |

psalmsjob:Most Nigerians poor or rich pay tax either direct or indirect. Those working with government pay tax from their meagre monthly take home, those working with private pay tax from their take home, drivers, market women/men, petty traders all pay tax to AGBERO, expecially in Lagos that was established by your emilokan suffer head government. Nigeria is a shit hole country, it is known even to the blind. Your useless corrupt leaders and families all has dual citizenship of those countries you hate hearing or seeing people going, is it the same to the leaders of those countries? Do American, Canadian, Australian leaders has Nigerian passport as a dual citizenship? Are they running to Nigeria like your useless corrupt leaders does? Your leaders and their families school abroad, healthcare, vacation all abroad. They even have properties and businesses abroad with our stolen money. Your leaders improvised Nigerians to their own benefit. An average Nigerians now cannot afford 2 square meal daily. Can your useless leaders move about the country without dozens of excort? Can they use public transportation like other leaders in developed countries? They can't because they know the masses will kill them in a second. I can't talk much to people like you. I just want you to know that Nigeria is a useless country, and it is known to the whole world |

Well you wanted green card. Get it, get your US citizen afterwards and go back to Nigeria. Many people think America means plenty money I know of a white guy who almost went homeless. He was renting car from a Nigerian guy who was eating him badly. I bought a camry 2014 for him to pay me cheaper. His back on his feet now. You just have to plan well because America has alot of opportunities. Maybe this guy thought he will make Hollywood😀😃😄 |

FreeStuffsNG:I live abroad here in the UK and have no regrets of doing so. People relocate not just because of money but other things too. If you love your country and you see things that are not right, their is nothing bad in complaining about that. A lady that came to Nigeria built a business and employed Nigerians and later got killed by her staffs is something to complain about. Another lady that came with her kids to Bury her mother and was shoot on her way to ibadan with her kids in the car, thank God the kids were alive. I myself was scammed by some custom officers when I was into import and export business in the early 2000s. I have been robbed and kidnapped once, you can't say we can't speak against evil. Has an ex fire fighter my pension in the UK is over 20k+ state pension 203 a week equals to 800+ a month. I have 2 houses that can pay me rent if I come back to Nigeria. If your village people are not after you abroad is better. My big brother spent 30 years in the army and his pension is 50k naira a month. I support him with 100k every month. My daughter is 27 and earns 47k + 24k side business per annum. No hookup or sugar daddy. We are not stupid for relocating except those that are not wise. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

psalmsjob:i olodo agbalagba. check my profile history and see if i am supporting any useless politicians. i am a supporter of the masses not corrupt politicians. a sensible patriotic Nigerian will be more concerned about the masses not those thieves that called themselves politicians. Anyway, your children and grandchildren will continue from where you stopped as their father and grandfather. They will also worship and asslick those politicians children too. it will be from generation to generation. they will also be calling it patriotic like their father is currently calling it |

Scholace: This is how people like you end your painment talks when you realise your " I love the people more than the people" lies are not impressing. Mind you, me and my children and generation do not depend on Nigeria economic situation....and stating the obvious is not asslicking but pushing a hypocrite and failed politician like Peter Obi to leadership of this country is the true ass-licking ....do you know how many times you mentioned emilokan etc in all you reply....Tinubu is obviously giving you obi-idiot people sleepless nights. |
