Can someone without a green card get a driver's licence in the U.S?

Yes. There are students, workers, dependents on " ordinary ' Visas who drive.

Some States for the sake of safety even give drivers license to people that in the US illegally. The idea been that people will drive anyway, why not make sure they are licensed to drive.

Get you international passport
Then go to gt bank and tell them you want b2 visa it was one hundred and sixty something thousand just last year but I now here it's 300 thousand plus now

Then you can continue the process at the embassy online that one is almost free
Or you can get a good agent with contentions that is about 6 million naira you will pay

Take note if you do everything by yourself, chances of you getting the visa is 5 percent out of 100 percent with God's grace
Real connected agent is 90 percent out of 100 with God's grace

America is strict, the don't easily give visas
But b2 visa will allow you reside for 6 months at a time and to go and come as you like and do business as long as you don't spoil the visa by staying more than 6 months

That's all I know my hubby is the one that knows more, thank you

The fact is japa isn't for everybody. You have a name and a celebrity for that matter, he could have leverage on that popularity, create a brand for himself. Abroad doesn't send status. He should be going there for vacation not all these menial jobs.

You don't have to tell me you have plenty to ask because from the fastness with which you replied me I already know you didn't even read(listen) to what I wrote that AS A NIGERIAN, NIGERIA IS THE BEST COUNTRY FOR YOU EVEN AS IS grin

What have you ever done for Nigeria? Have you even ever paid income tax?

How many country does their civil servants resume work at 10am and close at 2pm instead of 8a to 4pm?
How many country does their civil servants go about their personal businesses even at the duty post?
How many country does their civil servants collect payments from fellow citizens to carry out offical duties?

People like you like to compare the good things you see in other nations but are not ready to put in the Personal effort, patriotism and integrity that citizens of those nations put in to get at the results you like so much now....and mind you it's not a onetime input it is a continuous input to keep getting the good results...stop kicking your foot against the rock(Nigeria) grin

Truth, truth and truth.

Nigeria is having problems because 99.9% of the inhabitants are liars, cheaters and that area is full of lazy and dishonest set of individuals.

How will someone be selling cloths during office hours? How will a sensible person expect you to pay them for what the govt already pays them for? A market woman will reduce the module size to 9 cups instead of 10 to make more profit grin. The upper class will buy dollars from the govt and resell at high rates using their BDC instead of what they were approved for....

If everyone in Nigeria moved to a developed nation and all the inhabitants of that nation move to Nigeria, In few years we will all start applying for Nigeria visa again.

Literal translation of a proverb in my language talk say behaviour na like smoke, e go come out wherever you go. Over 40% of Nigerians abroad are still shit heads.

Speaking on the perks as well as the disadvantages attached to relocating abroad, especially being a celebrity, Femi Brainard said it is better to be celebrated and be a prince in Nigeria than to move abroad and be a nobody. He also noted that his wife does not love it at all.

Eni awifun Oba je o gbo.

Many of them are so stuck now that they can't even be as sincere to themselves as he is.

It's nothing but a wrong mindset to think that you will resent your own land/ country and expect that you will prosper on that land or overseas, it's impossible!

When you are not blessed in Nigeria, it's not because others are not doing well here in Nigeria, for most of you, you were horribly raised with the wrong mindset and indoctrinated to hate Nigeria by some of your parents who were part of those behind the multiple problems now facing the nation so you ended up and continued your life in a circle of negative minded unpatriotic people. You curse Nigeria, the land curses you back in multiple folds and nothing you sow in the land will prosper but if you bless Nigeria, the land blesses you back in multiples.

Until you wish Nigeria well and do your best in patriotism, you will never be blessed by this land and if you carry your resentment and hatred for Nigeria overseas, the rejection by Nigeria will follow you like your shadow.

The grass is always greener on the other side until you get there. What you are doing here in Nigeria is so valuable that if you nurture it well, you will one day be going overseas for business/ professional travels and enjoy vacations with your family and friends. And even if you still don't go overseas, you will be happy, safe, fulfilled and blessed here in Nigeria.

God bless Nigeria for ever! Check my signature for free stuffs!
exactly.many are still stuck there deceiving themselves and will come to Nigeria to be doing fake life.make them continue.anybody wey use him left hand point him Papa house they always see the repercussions

I advise readers to watch the full interview in the link. He narrated how his dad admonished to avoid calling himself a star when he started, as a movie star, rather he should see himself as a worker. He saw the economic situation of Nigeria and he discovered that it could get worse, so he emigrated in 2014. On reaching the US, things were hard. He worked as a cab driver. Saying, over there, celebrity status did not mean you shouldn't work. There is dignity in labour over there he said. He later moved out of struggles, and he own assets now. He said he didn't allow stardom in Nigeria to get into his head. He simply decided to switch his career path. Mr Femi Brainard is doing great as a US resident now. He is a digital creator and into a lot creativity stuff.

you are right. Nowadays I try to avoid them. The few of us that have lived in Scotland with our families for long time had no problems with the police. Now some new inflow of Nigerians have now invited the cops to do stop and search to every nigerian or black person driving in the area. Nigerian wives calling police to arrest husbands, dads beating their children with belts, driving without no licence, picking up kids late from school e.t.c I can go on and on.
