Many houses will go down in Edo as the ban CDA are massively selling roads and lanes guess who are the buyers? My Igbo brothers majorly not limited to. The owner might be targeted, but for them to demolish the house, it means the structure was on the wrong place.

A LASBCA officer told me that a mighty structure close to my region is not approved, and doesn't have any document. Many constructions are not approved.

The question here is why allow those buildings during construction stage? No one is asking these questions.

It's a sad situation but Nigerians like doing illegal things.

Some are saying that the government officials giving out the approvals should be sanctioned. Are you sure there are actually approvals? If these people have approvals then they can go to court.

Government officials are very smart, nobody will risk his job by putting his name and signature on a fake approval. I'm yet to see anyone showing his approval though.
