Go deeper Fr.

These are the pictures showing the infrastructural strides of the Revd. Fr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, the Leadership Newspaper's Best Performing Governor of the Year awardee
NB: About 16 roads already completed in Makurdi, over 30 new roads in progress, construction of two flyovers in Makurdi and Gboko ongoing, 100 buses procured for Benue Links, total renovation of Benue State Secretariat, solar electricity lights up the streets of Makurdi, prompt payment of salaries and pension without talking a loan since assumption of office, transparency and dodged fight against corruption, among others.

Fr is indeed doing great job in Benue state, I just wish he can only extent his goodness to the second most important urban area in the state; Otukpo. The roads in that town have all crumbled angry

The Idoma leaders are partly to be blamed, they care more about the crumbs they get from each govt in power than the overall betterment of their areas shocked, the annoying thing is that they are not in unison in anything that will better the people.

Modified: the pictures of the ongoing construction of Highlevel Underpass in Makurdi by Fr. Note, it's an Underpass and not a flyover as being speculated.
So you are saying father wanted to do project in Idoma land and Idoma leaders refused? Or he wants to give Idoma people appointments and they refused? The man is doing well, but he is a tribal bigot, let's call a spade a spade.

On the contrary, Otti isn't doing bad himself. I m pleased to see all these from Fr. Alia. I just hope he sustain the momentum. Since the return of democracy, Benue state hasn't experienced a meaningful governance

He is just starting. The train will soon reach Otukpo

He should have started to from otukpo, that place look like a setting from the 50's , so archaic and underdeveloped. Seems the TIVs really don't want idoma lands to get a good face lift.

Don't mind them. There's absolutely nothing happening in Otukpo. The idomas are painfully marginalized.

Rev. Fr. Alia is doing a fantastic job in Benue. Never in the history of Benue has the state been this blessed. Though just like every human being he has his short coming which is being very tribalistic, his government is completely in the hands of his tiv brothers and all his projects are happening in tiv areas, other than this the reverend father is God sent.

Benuejosh is time to go back home, come out from your hiding place in Owerri and go back and help your people in Benue State.

Was it not the same Idoma leaders that ganged up against Ochacho who wanted to give some palliative work on the major road in the town to alleviate to suffering of the masses?

Fr is not trying in being clannish especially against the Idomas but still, the Idoma leaders rarely to to agreement to fight for a common goal, that's my pain.

Good, if the roads last and if money was not embezzled through the road construction.

The two things define a government (political) project are the government's honesty in the cost of the project and the economic viability of the project.

I pointed this out during the last regime in Ebonyi State and people attacked me. They said the man was the best governor in the East. Even social media influencers hyped him. Today, the airport is not working and the state is arguably the poorest in the East.
Umahi is fake ...

As fake as Rochas Okorocha and his projects in Imo state during his time.

Many useless and still poor projects in Ebonyi..

Ochacho is doing roads and charity in Otukpo, nobody is stopping him. If you are talking about the federal road, it's between him and FG.
And you still didn't answer my question on if he tried doing anything for idomas and leaders stopped him. Your weak defense answers it all.
Alia is clannish. It a well known among Tive people.

"Idoma leaders" must agree before government can execute public projects in Idoma land? shocked Bros, let's call a spade a spade abeg, the governor do not really value zone C and I think it's because a tiv man naturally sees an Idoma man as a second class indigene of Benue.
