"Idoma leaders" must agree before government can execute public projects in Idoma land? shocked Bros, let's call a spade a spade abeg, the governor do not really value zone C and I think it's because a tiv man naturally sees an Idoma man as a second class indigene of Benue.
You guys are rather being clannish here. How can you label a government that is barely nine months in office in that light simply because Otukpo is not yet touched directly? Should the Governor leave Makurdi, the biggest town and Gboko, the second biggest town and start with Otukpo because Otukpo is in Idoma land? Please you guys should be reasonable for once.

That's why the leaders need to come together regardless of political party to wrestle power from the Tiv

BafanaBafana:

Ochacho is doing roads and charity in Otukpo, nobody is stopping him. If you are talking about the federal road, it's between him and FG.
And you still didn't answer my question on if he tried doing anything for idomas and leaders stopped him. Your weak defense answers it all.
Alia is clannish. It a well known among Tive people.

Hmmm... Let me ignore the derogatory remark in your post.

What I'm trying to say in essence is that the Idoma leaders should come together regardless of political parties to wrestle power from the Tiv... It's becoming irritating.

Don't mind him, what he painted was a wrong picture, the Governor's developmental strides are all embracing. Besides, all stakeholders efforts in Benue State cannot defeat the Tiv who are by far, the most populous. The total population of Idoma, Igede and others is not half the population of the Tiv. Politically, the Tiv have by far, greater heavy weights than all other tribes in Benue State combined.

Will you advise Tinubiu to abandon Abuja and concentrate on Owukpa?

Good, if the roads last and if money was not embezzled through the road construction.

The two things define a government (political) project are the government's honesty in the cost of the project and the economic viability of the project.

I pointed this out during the last regime in Ebonyi State and people attacked me. They said the man was the best governor in the East. Even social media influencers hyped him. Today, the airport is not working and the state is arguably the poorest in the East.

You don't have a point.

Because they see Idoma people as Igbos in Benue.

Tivs are the majority. Idoma man cannot be governor without Tiv support and according to Tivs, instead of them voting another tribe for governor, they would rather vote a yam.
