Finally picked up mine today too after paying someone at servicom on Monday for fast track, your feedback @lexy123 was really helpful and what moved me to action, thanks a whole lot 🙏🏽

Good afternoon everyone , the place of Birth on my NIN is Abuja while the birth certificate from National Population is Warri , Delta State. Hope I won't have issue during capturing.

I think I can now believe what my friend was saying that booklet is not available at alausa office. Though he was lying.

Commenced renewal application on 7th, captured on 9th and issued 23rd on the tracker. So it's approximately 2 weeks as I will be going for collection next week.

Yes you should, my sister did capturing in January and it was ready on the 7th of February. I registered second week in February and did capturing on the 28th of February, I will check back by ending of this month. Just maybe it depends on the state that the capturing is being done.

Officers in Ilorin office are DIY friendly.
They asked if I have registered online and told me to get a file. I did documentation today.
The officer told me to come back for capturing after I get a confirmation message.
