He doesn't make anything hard for VO, it is Napoli that makes it hard for him,

holding the midfield, and leading the attack, Napoli failure to make use of him drawing defenders, sometime 3 to himself,

lemme stop here

Angola and Portugal have a beat of cultural similarities due to language influence and colonialism but still impressed he's ready and hungry to succeed in whichever job he's given.

Definitely my number one choice followed by Finidi.

Barryseal:

I tell you. Man is the real deal. His last season with the Sporting Lisbon academy, his team had an unbeaten season.

On the back of his success with U17s and Chan teams, his Angola team lost just 3 games in 25 matches, crazy numbers. Even Peseiro can't boast of these stats with the Super Eagles.
It will take alot of courage for the NFF to hire him but he's the right man.

Remarkably, he lived in Angola through out his time there. Tells you he's the kind of man to build a project around.

If that penalty gets called does he win the MOTM? Plus I felt Araujo was also good with Osimhen. It wasn’t a one man job, even Napoli helped the matter with their play.

He was owned 7months salary at some point by Angola while working on a shoe string budget.
Fun fact= Pedro Goncalves developed a software for monitoring Angola born players in Europe(about 700 of them). The software pushes out a notification to him if a certain metric is met by a said player.
I think his background as a scout at Sporting Lisbon had something to do with this novelty.

I expect the next Super eagles coach to bring brilliant ideas, never been seen before to our football culture instead of all these dusted debates about indigenous coach vs foreign coach.

NFF should give him the job please
The man deserve it abeg

Finidi can be his assistant
Amunike should be given the under 20 and under 23 job or Fidelis of rangers or the Remo stars coach.

I really wish Fidelis and Remo stars coach can get one of the cadet teams

Osimehn wouldn’t even a able to bully a poster last night because the service to him was almost zero to non existent.

Osimehn never got any chance that’s a 50% guaranteed goal last night, Napoli was woeful to say the least I’m glad they’re out so osimenh would know he can’t rely on them going forward he needs a better team and thats psg

Osimhen was offside just 3 times in 90 minutes and only one was glaring. I don't understand this criticism. He plays on the shoulders of the two CBs to allow the midfield have control of the ball so he will be offside if the midfielders are not quick enough to release the ball. There were some moment in the first half he told them to release the ball on time. A lot of times he will move to the wings for a diagonal long ball but they will not pass to him. The Napoli midfielders don't make surprise passes. The Barca players could immediately feel/anticipate a pass is coming towards Osimhen and they adjust accordingly.
Oga marjori,Victor Osimhen scored four goals in Afcon and three goals were ruled offsides….talking about this should not be seen as criticism but rather an attempt to make him more efficient.

Osimehn looks helpless in the attack he’s the one holding down plays for the midfielder’s which should be the other way around

The man is already bigger than this club he needs to leave Napoli can’t offer him anything anymore, from trophies to training he’s peaked at Napoli now is the time to leave
Pls am not always getting something when it comes to Osimhen regarding Napoli, especially if he fails to score.

Pls why are we always knocking his team mates cuz I remember he scored hat tricks recently and those goals came from assists…..Osimhen bigger than Napoli, well kudos to Napoli for given Osimhen a good platform to showcase that he is amongst the best CF we have around.

Yes he should move and look for better club that will allow him to prove himself more

Seems NFF will settle for local coach. Most dailies are reporting that only 12 applied and are mostly ex internationals. But owngoal reported 115 application received.

point well noted, mind you one of the goals was cancelled not because of offside. Besides the midfielders in napoli are pathetic, several times, releasing the ball becomes a day job. They dance around the ball without any output. The worst of it all is the nonsense captain Di lorenzo, that guy na confirm olodo.

You see the goal Lewandowski scored?
I can almost guarantee that if it were Napoli, the player would've gone for goal instead of giving that assist to Osimhen

First leg someone almost times two of that boys age was bullied by osimhen just before his goal. Against real madrid shebi rudiger held hlm down well both home and away? Sometimes we just have to know things won't go the way we want it plus he also has to leave Napoli since he looks to have outgrown them.

Osimhen too should know how to time his runs well. We have been saying this for many years and even last afcon. twitter tacticos were calling him overrated just because of that poor game. Barcelona were just using the offside trap to catch him unawares not that they were anything special. A stronger team would knock them out next round.

That kid didn't do anything special that we have not seen. It was the other barca center half that was even going toe to toe with osimhen and napoli being also confused with their play. Kid tackled him in the box and a penalty wasn't given.
