18 years after, ochanja roundabout, a known place for refuse dump in Onitsha Metropolitan, is being transformed by Soludo. A water fountain is springing forth from it.

Ochanja has always had a roundabout because of that fountain. The refuse that piles up periodically along that street, was apparently just cleared away. So to clear dirty don turn achievement for Anambra State! Choi! The fear of Otti amongst SE Govs is reeeeeeeal!!😂

What you see there was once the location of an incinerator, from Obi's time till Obiano, Obiano left office and the incinerator disappeared... people won't take refuse to their homes.
