She must have by the look of things. As she was herself born in America together with their 2 kids, Senator Menendez made mention in one of the videos that as Sowore's wife and 2 kids were US citizens, then America will do all they can to ensure Sowore is allowed to travel back to the US from Nigeria so a good lawyer must have been contracted behind the scenes by Sowore's wife to fight his case for it to have been successful.
