Better to go to Mexico. The Brazilian passport is stronger but the Mexican passport offers more opportunities. For instance, Mexicans are liable for the TN visa. The same visa that Canadians use to work in the US. As a mexican citizen, you only need to live in Spain for 2 years to get Spanish citizenship and Spain is the strongest passport in the world now. The passport of mexico can be gotten 2 years after you birth your child there.

But definitely try the US and Canada first but if they can't work then mexico it is. It's the only passport that gives you access to both of those countries. With Brazil passport you will still need visa and Brazil doesn't really have any friendly agreements with the US or Canada at the moment

For working In Canada, there's a totally seperate work permit for citizens of mexico and the US. It's called cusma but I don't know if anyone uses that since the US is a much better country but there's an lmia exempt permit for citizens of US and Canada

Just for confirmation basis, does this mean if a woman moves to Mexico for child birth, she has to stay for almost 2-years to process the passport for both child and parent, also it seems like this requires parents to cater for themselves for almost 2-years during this period. Hence this looks like both parents need to find work and earn some income in Mexico to keep them floating until 2-years.

Is my assumption correct, if not just guide me properly, thanks.

If a woman goes to Mexico for childbirth, The child gets a Mexican passport as soon as the parent processes it. The parent also gets their PR as soon as they process it all this happens after childbirth. Now if the parent wants the Passport they will have to remain for two years and be able to speak Spanish and answer some history questions. If you choose to stay longer you will have to take care of your bills. Yes you need a job to be able to sustain yourselves.

Likewise the USA. But, we are still willing to try despite the stringent requirements (last we checked). We are looking at either Brazil or Mexico presently and hoping that they grant us a visa. Thing is, the back and forth has been very exhausting inclusive of the hefty financial commitments. But, we still have our minds and eyes on Canada and the US especially Canada if there are easier ways to help us forge through with ease.

If there are other countries we can try that you know of that do not have "too much" stringent requirements and will offer citizenship (with strong values) by birth, please, kindly state them. It would interest me to know. So, do kindly share. Thanks.

Choosing the best country to give birth in depends on several factors including healthcare quality, cost, maternity leave policies, legal aspects, and personal preferences. However, in my experience and with what I know now Canada is the best. Why do I say so? Canada is known for its high-quality healthcare system although here may be some out-of-pocket expenses for non-covered services as most costs are covered through the public healthcare system for its citizens and PR. In Canada, birthright citizenship is granted. The child automatically becomes a Canadian citizen if born on Canadian soil. English is the primary language in Canada and the USA unlike the other countries making it easier for those of us from Nigeria to converse in. Canada doesn't have the gun violence issue that is prevalent in the US and has better political stability than Mexico & Brazil

The world is bigger than the US, Canada, Europe and Australia. I have worked in Europe and I migrated to Chile and aside the US, there's really no country better off than Chile to me. I for one know that Chile is better off than all the countries in Europe.

If you give birth in Brazil, you can get PR for the entire family. The passport is very strong too
But mexico is also good if you can get there from Naija. You can also try Argentina. All these countries have very good passports

Well in my opinion a France visa is very easy to get and still the easiest in the Schengen zone. Now using my experience, they issue very short visa the beauty of this process is no airline will have a pregnant lady above 36 weeks fly so you can over stay your visa. The moment baby is born you are automatically a permanent resident. So its a win win.

Schengen issuing a short visa means visa might expire and one will be illegal in Mexico, will this affect one getting PR and citizenship for the child?
