Nigerian feminist, Saida Boj has declared that men who concern themselves about their woman’s earnings doesn’t befit the title of a man.

The feisty feminist discussed a variety of relationship-related topics in a Hot Takes episode airing on Pulse TV.

She previously disclosed that no matter how wealthy she is, as soon as she enters a relationship, she instantly becomes impoverished.

In response to the question of whether it is appropriate for couples to reveal their incomes before marriage, Saida Boj emphatically stated that her income is private information.

According to her, any man that wants to know how much his woman earns, is not a man.

She's right, if we ever have to discuss my earnings then that's where I'll draw the curtains. I have my roles and providing isn't part of it afterall you'll not be part of my nine months journey, you will also not wake up all night to attend to the new born, I won't even let a baby disturb your sleep, I will never ask you to cook and do domestic chores as well. Unless we go back to full patriarchal system where women's roles end in the kitchen and taking care of the house, wise men must care about their wives earnings!

You cannot be enjoying equal opportunity with men in education and employment and then cajole men into believing that they shouldn't care about their woman's earning. When there's equal opportunity to both gender, how would men survive being sole providers even when their wives compete favourably in making money Do men have a different wage structure from women? Do y'all even think at all This is why there's so much distortion in our family system today.

If we want to be traditional, let's have all women go back to where tradition places them which is the kitchen and let men alone work! You can't have your cakes and eat it.

Women like this are the reason why I sometimes want to support the Taliban Muslims in Afghanistan.
