Land aside, can 20m build a 15 rooms (single room with toilet and bathroom), with a large hall ? Normal cheap tiles, easy roofing , and pvc ceiling. Just a low budget hotel |

Good evening brothers and sisters in the house. Pls I need a little guidance on what next to do My building project is at the level of Plastering right now. Can someone help me out with the approximate materials I'll be needing to execute this stage. Reason am curious is, I don't want to be stock in-between. I also need to be guided. The building is a 4 bedroom duplex with 3 kitchen, 2 front sitouts, ante-parlour, living room together with the dining. Each room is approximately 12×10. Master bedroom is approximately 14×12. The parlour is not too be with the dinning, about 25×20ft². No need to plaster the deck cos it will carry parapet. Thank you as you respond |
