The military has to start going to these bandits hide outs to attack and flush them out...they should also use drones to attack and kill these bandits... attack and arrest those people supplying this bandits guns and ammunitions and arrest the financial sponsors of these bandits and terrorists at.least these will reduce the insecurity and terrorism in the north
