Scientifically and statistically does not make sense
If this is based on DNA testing
Do all countries do DNA test at the same rate?
What is the basis of comparing two countries if testing rates are not the same

How available is DNA testing to the tens of millions of Nigerians

It is only relatively rich people that can afford to do a DNA TEST

the makes sense because you have to work with the data available.
If you think it's a lie, you hve to present a superior data to counter it

I don't support cheating but you can not relate both issues at all. There's no comparison.

It's he who fathered a child, that's the dad and parent.

Biological father doesn't matter if he's not there for the child.

I learned that 30% there is an old stat... It should be well over 40% now.

I insist that Paternity Fraud should be officially designated as an offense punishable by the Law. There should be a Jail Term and heavy fines.

What we are hearing is not data but a conclusion and interpretation of data that we have not seen
If you ever did any research you will know the difference between data and conclusion

This is not data but a claim
Elementary data would tell. You the total.number of DNA tests done in Nigeria

In as much as,I believed that paternity fraud is high in Nigeria.
I want to know how the researcher arrived at that figure been displayed, considering the fact that few people are open to the test and also has weak financial power to request for the test!
