Listen young brats, when it comes to wealth distribution, Igbos carry first in Nigeria.

Let me break it down for you to understand.

If we put Hausa-Fulani population as 100million, out of that 100million, 2 are dollar billionaires, 100 dollar millionaires, 10,000 are dollar thousandnaires, 1million Naira millionaires and the rest are poor as in extremely poor.

If we put Yoruba population as 55million, out of that 55million, 3 are dollar billionaires, 150 dollar millionaires, 200,000 are dollar thousandnaires, 5million are Naira millionaires and the rest are poor and average.

Now if we put Igbo population as 52million, out of that 52million, none are dollar billionaires according to Forbes rating, 1,000 are dollar millionaires, 5million are dollar thousandnaires, 19million are Naira millionaires and the rest are poor and average.

This is the difference between Igbo, Yoruba and Hausa-Fulani wealth in Nigeria.

Due to federal politics controlled by Hausa-Fulanis for decades and Yorubas, more Hausa-Fulanis and Yorubas are dollar billionaires because of the federal government favor they enjoy having their tribesmen in federal government authorities in Nigeria, but when it comes to wealth distribution, Igbos carry first because of their small and medium scale business orientation and the "nwa-boi" system in Igbo culture that makes the successful Igbo businessmen to pickup poor boys from Igbo rural communities to train and make them successful business owners over some years.

Another thing that make Igbos to have a deeper wealth distribution more than other Nigerian tribes is their love for traveling around, it makes them spread across all Nigerian regions and continents of the world, which gives them an upper hand financially and economically when it comes to being financially average/above poverty line.

This is the reality but as a kid you are, you can argue blindly.

It is only sheer economic ignorance and lack of statical knowledge , that will make someone to think that because your tribe is well-represented in the few richest people in Africa, it means you are doing well. The question is what is the average purchasing power of the tribe this people come from? Because Dangote has consistently being the richest, does it make the northerners richer than the south? The wealth of a society is measured by the distribution of resources not by the number of few billionaires hoarding money.

Igbos are a great race, highly creative.

Imagine a tribe that lost more than 3million of its youthful population between 1967 to 1970, got their investments, houses, industries, markets, institutions bombed to ashes by British/Russian/Egyptian jet bombers during the civil war, and lost virtually everything. All their investments outside Southeast were either taken and converted by individuals and governments, all their monies in Nigerian banks got seized and taken by Nigerian government, all their population working under Nigerian government got sacked and only few lucky ones got reinstated after the war.

Yet this singular tribe rose from ashes and became a force to reckon with despite decade long federal political marginalization since the end of the civil war in 1970 whereby Southeast out of the 6 geopolitical zones of Nigeria is the only zone that was given 5 states even when Southeast have more population than Southsouth and Middlebelt.

Yet this tribe has overtaken every other tribe in every human developmental indices you can think of and you still have the shame to be measuring dick with them.

Imagine if Southwest faced what Igbos faced, I can tell you for free that Borno will be far better than the entire southwest region today.

Bro, give Igbos some kudos, Igbo erika, Igbo di too much, and you and your tribesmen know this cool

Evidence abound all over Nigeria bro.

In every Nigerian state you go to, after the indigenes of that state, Igbos are usually the second most successful tribe in that state and own most of the properties and solid buildings in that state after the indigenes of that state.

This alone is more than enough evidence and that is why your people call Igbos "developers".

One of your Obas once invited me through a friend and in that meeting the Oba said it that "you Igbos are agents of development in Nigeria and that is why I am inviting you people to our community to come and buy lands, I will make sure no indigene of this community rip you off and I will make sure your properties here are secured, so feel free to invite your fellow Igbo friends to come here and buy lands. Yoruba and Igbo are one, we intermarry a lot, we do business together, we live together, it is only politicians that try to divide us but they will always fail".

This was what one of your Obas told me and some friends in his palace.

I have the video, but for respect and more I will not post it

But kids and paupers amongst you prefer to come online and be making noise.

We know as e de go sha, nothing mega cool

No single Igbo have make it to this list but they make the most noise in this country.
that few people are billionaires in a nation of more than #200 million people, make no difference of the fact, that Nigeria is currently the headquarters of poverty in the world. it's senseless beating your chest over the little achievements of few individuals in a country where they lack everything that makes life and living easier.
no quality education, no constant power supply, now they are even making it to become unaffordable, through this present increase, insecurities across the nation, food shortages, resulting to hunger everywhere, yet you are foolishly gloating over the few achievements of very few individuals, among huge suffering masses.
with your type of humans, indeed Nigerians deserve these type of merciless leaders.

The only true Nigerian billionaire on that list is this young man, the rest there are Nigerian corrupt federal government made billionaires, that is why you didn't see any Igbo man there and that is why they are ready to kill to make sure no Igbo man become Nigeria's President because they know how they have been corruptly siphoning Niger Delta crude oil to enrich their tribesmen, friends and loyal cronies since the military era.

Wale Adenuga was made rich by IBB

Aliko Dangote is just a placeholder for most ex Nigerian heads of states who have been using him to hide their loots.

Rabiu I don't have much information about him but I don't trust his origin either.

Femi Otedola became rich through politics, his father was a former Lagos state Governor for those that don't know, and he was broke and owing huge loan that AMCON was on his trail and he ran away to Ghana until Goodluck Jonathan became President and forgave him and returned him back from exile in Ghana, that was how he bounced back and started getting richer and richer through oil deals.

Otedola and Dangote used to be sworn enemies around 2000s to 2006 when they were having issues with Dangote using his brother Rabiu to venture into oil business.

But you see this Yoruba man that founded Calendry, he is a true innovative young man that deserve his billionaire tag, the rest on this list are politically made billionaires all thanks to corrupt past and present Nigerian Military Heads of states and civilian Presidents.

You can quote me anywhere any day, I no send your Papa.

As for the hungry, poverty stricken youths celebrating the fact that their corrupt Presidents have been busy enriching a few of their tribesmen through dirty oil/gas/FOREX dealings to the detriment of their own future, I have nothing to tell you paupers, your reality outside the internet will teach you all hard truth about life, so continue celebrating your corrupt government made fake billionaires without any genuine innovation or invention.
