Those instant rejection ma ATS software send the rejection letter. HR never even go through the CV. The software scan through the CV with keywords and if most of the keywords already programmed in the software is not in the CV, na reject mail instantly.

Very true. No be to throw the same CV towards every application.

Yes, men are at an advantage.

The only place I see cheating as a deal breaker for women is on twitter. In real world, women live with it till other issues like domestic violence come up.

Lol na twitter na. where everyone is perfect

Exactly!

Polygamy is our thing in Africa, but those laws are just put in place to allow men carry on with polygyny and disuade women from entertaining any thought of polyandry to balance things off.
A woman that wants to practice polyandry should be able to cater fir the need of her husbands...abi na the men go still dey pay her bills? Would you like to be paying a womans bill and another man can always have her when he wants? E no balance.

Women sef would like to have two men at a time...but I'm sure they wouldnt want to pay the financial price that men pay.

As a jara.....How many able bodied men will even reduce themselves to that level? Lol

I did NNPC entry level in 2019, got to interview stage, traveled to Abuja for the interview. I felt I did very well during the interview stage but I didnt get in.

When they started sending offer letters to applicant, 80% of those they picked were technical roles that's related to Engineering and the likes.

The few Administrative they picked were majorly first class and those with ICAN or ACCA.

I just don't have the mind for all the mental and emotional stress that comes with applying for those multinationals. I never attempted applying at any major multinational as a fresh graduate.

I know getting into multinationals is much easier when one is professionally qualified and has job experience already.

This country ehn, if u don't have someone to either guide u or u map out strategies for urself through research; u can end up sitting at home one year even with a first class degree.

People will definitely pressure them to bring the prices down. Lagos na one funny place. In the morning u will hear Agbero calling Oshodi N500 from Eko Hotel roundabout. Then in the evening at that same place u will hear them calling Oshodi N1000 citing the traffic caused by the bridge closure and rush hour as excuse
They have to surely bring it down since their journeys would be quicker due to the full reopening. Expenses are growing but salary isn't. At least motorists with their own cars would be less stressed. Lagos is truly one crazy place baba. Una dey try. grin

Lolz.... grin

U think all men that practice polygamy cater for the financial needs of their families?

Like u've never seen a man with two wives that can't even feed his family nor send his children to school ? I've seen enough of them bro.

In fact there are some irresponsible men that are monogamous and feed from their wife's pot that they never drop money for soup.

Say u responsible no mean say all men responsible o. There are guys out there that actually will jump at an opportunity for a woman to be paying their bills whether she keeps other men too. It's just our Africanism that's holding some of them and thought of "what will the society say?"

The post is self explanatory, that was their beliefs. I haven't seen or heard about it being done since. They are so many religious beliefs and practices that are rubbish yet you don't call them out.

By real world you mean Nigeria and specifically Africa. Outside of Africa it's a real deal breaker with heavy consequences.

When I was job hunting, I had over a hundred and twenty applications. I made it to interview stage in 12 of them and got two offer letters from the 12. More than a hundred applications ended in unfortunately.

Some companies advertise to fulfil all righteousness. They already have in-house staff they want to employ.

So just chest it, it's normal.
I agree. If I type the word 'unfortunately' into my mail and record my screen, I can make a 15 minute video.
