Has anyone here got legalization of PCC recently? The new PCC does not carry fingerprints. Moreover, only a soft copy of the PCC is sent via email. Does the Spanish Consulate accept the print out and authenticated copy of the PCC?
I would also like to know how long it takes the get the PCC legalized.

Hi, I did my legalization in 2 days. For the fingerprints, I had same question so mailed them at cog.lagos.leg@maec.es (after multiple attempts of calling), they responded saying I should just come with what was given to me. Hope this helps, you can also send same enquiry to the email address.

I am finding it difficult to book appointment at the BLS VAC.

I have been trying to book Spain visa appointment since last week. The BLS Visa Application Centre option on BLS website does not create dates or visa type (inactive). I would like to find out if the National Visa Appointment is also applicable for use for the appointment because this active and provide appointment dates.

How were you able to solve this? I am having the same challenge booking appointment on BLS website

Application forms
Work and business documents
Multiple bank statements (work and personal) with over 60m balance
Marriage certificates and family pictures
Children’s pictures
Insurance
Flight booking
Fully paid hotel reservation
Holiday activities booking via viator
Purpose letter

And refusal was based on the justification of the purpose of the trip.
Please how more can I just justify the purpose of this trip because I taya ooo?

Visa is not about monies all the time or documents, that can also be an disadvantage.
From your feedbacks, looks like you do not have a travel history. That is key

Yes there’s no previous travel history because so far that I understand traveling to Ghana wouldn’t equate to a travel history to a Spanish visa consular.

But then again, are we saying that it is impossible for someone without previous travel history but with sufficient ties back home and funds to get a Spanish visa??

Because all legit required and verifiable documents were attached to this application and there’s really no where it is that previous travels is compulsory… I taya for this embassy people o

You need to build some experiences, besides, it is rare for you to get a schengen visa first time on a virgin passport. Very rare, especially for tourist unless if you are lucky.
