Lightning strikes the Statue of Liberty on average about 600 times each year. The status was uniquely designed to divert lightning strikes away from buildings and protect things around them. It is doing its work according to the human Architects that designed it.

There is a major fault under New Jersey and about three minor faults under Manhattan, plus Manhattan is an Island surrounded on all sides by water. When there is an earthquake, the tremor travels along underground fault lines, so what happened was typical and expected.

So if you are a true Bible student, you will understand that wars, earthquakes, afflictions, etc are not the signs of the end of time....because these things have been happening from the beginning of time.

In Mat 24:14:......The Preaching of the Gospel in all the world is the one prerequisite for the end to come.

According to the Joshua Project, about 42% of the world has not been reached with the Gospel.

In my opinion, the critically major sign of rapture isn't really "the gospel preached to all nations". That is already happening at a fast pace than ever before in any century due to digital media, social media, transportation ease, technology, divine revelations/encounter.

A strong earthquake rattled New York City and the surrounding area Friday morning.

It happened at approximately 10:20 a.m.

The quake - which the USGS has said was either 4.7 or 4.8 - was centered near Whitehouse Station, New Jersey, 40 miles west of New York City, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

So far, there have been no reports of damage.

The impact was felt throughout the Tri-State Area, including upstate in Syracuse, as well as in Philadelphia and as far away as Baltimore. Reports of buildings shaking and rattling came in from New Jersey to Long Island.

Gov. Phil Murphy said New Jersey has activated its Emergency Operations Center, and urged residents to not call 911 unless they are experiencing an actual emergency.

The MTA said is inspecting all New York City-area bridges and tunnels. No damage has been reported at this point.

"I was laying in my bed, and my whole apartment building started shaking. I started freaking out," one New York City resident told CBS New York's Elijah Westbrook.

It's not the first time the East Coast and New York City have been hit with a quake. A 5.0 quake was measured in New York City in 1884.

There's a major fault lin New Jersey called the Ramapo Fault, which stems from the Appalachian mountains, and there are at least five smaller fault lines under Manhattan island.

The quake comes just a few months after the USGS warned nearly 75% of the United States could face damaging quakes in the next 100 years.

In 2011, a 5.8 quake struck in Virginia and rattled the entire East Coast.

The un-reached people do not have internet, WIFI, TV, iPad, Facebook, or social media, or computers; so technological advancement has zero effect in reaching them. They need men and women, missionaries willing to hop on the back of donkeys, walk on foot, and travel by water to reach them....but modern-day missionaries and Christians now prefer to be posted to and work from the urban city center that has already been saturated with the Gospel and rejected.

Read more about digital currency, it is not about control and many Governments are fighting digital currencies today, because it removed control from the government. Digital currency is about the dis-centralization of financial transactions with zero control from any government.

Who is preparing for 'major cyber pandemic'? Bros, I take it that you are a Christian, stop spreading rumors and conspiracy, that is bearing false witness which is a sin according to the Bible. Speak of what you know and can prove, leave conspiracy theories to the theorists.

There will always be world governments coming together, even in the time of Jesus the government of the day had a worldwide agenda to count everyone maybe they called it AGENDA Count Everyone 10 BC or Compulsory Documentation of all Males.... my guess is, if it had been today, the conspiracy theorists would have picked on it and call it a precursor to something sinister.
