Please house I need your help. I've been suffering IBS for the last 7 months. Thank you for showing me this. Although I have done a lot of research on it and have tried identifying the triggers but it's not easy since I don't have a particular diet I follow. I read that peppermint oil is the best treatment for IBS but don't know where to get it. This was helpful though. Thanks
