This is the last thing a yoruba will do.
Yes I can categorically say it. A yoruba man to make another tribe the most senior associate in his company? Or to make him get high level of respect or position? It will never happen. Even if he's married to Igbo woman unless d woman grabbit with stubbornness.
Take for example:
Winners church.
Deeper life.
Redeem church.

U can never find another tribe in d first 50 top men in position.
An Hausa man can appoint anyone but for yoruba man, e no go ever happen. I just don't know what can make it happen.

As a governor, Tinubu made an Igbo man a commissioner, meaning Yorubas set a very good example a long time ago. Know wetin you wan talk o!

A pilot decorated just say ok and applaud him and move on.

Abi! All we need to do is appreciate Air Peace for their Naijacentric operations always. I don't understand why tribal sentiment is always the first instinct for some people on this forum. So irritating on a forum that used to have great minds discussing intelligently.

Congrats to Pilot Ajibola.

Was it Allen Onyeama that sent the man to Aviation school? Allen Onyeama didn't do that man a favour, he employed him cos he's competent and pilots are scarce. I am sure if he had Igbos equally capable, he would employ them.

If it was easy to become a pilot, Allen Onyeama himself would be flying his planes.

What about thousands of businesses or SMEs owned by the Yoruba or other tribes, and which have not just employed the Igbos but have them in commanding or juicy positions in the same Lagos? What manner of tribalism can we call that? Or do all your belief hinged on the fact that no Yoruba investment employs Igbos let alone putting them in position worth their level of expertise? Are you insinuating that all they employ your people for (if they employ them at all according to your assertion) are cleaners, office assistants, etc job?

If you're taunting the Yoruba with the few mention you had there, I guess it's time you put on your glasses, hit the library and deepen your research. There are plentiful of people of Yoruba descent who are doing vibrantly well in different fields across the world. And as for LAGOS, Nigeria met her and inherited her as one of the most economically viable and popular state, not just against any part of Nigeria, but across Africa continent. No Nigerian state was any close, pre, during and post colonial era. Cut off your sentiment beclouding your judgement and see the world for what it's. Lagos doesn't attain success because of any Nigerian factor, rather Nigeria inherited a successful state that's proven resiliently hard to beat even with the capital (the factor you've all h@tefully and wrongly proclaimed helped her growth)moved away to another place THAT'S STILL STRUGGLING TO BETTER THE PREDECESSOR DECADES THEREAFTER.

Here
Uzor Asagwara now minister of Health and deputy prime minister in a state of Canada

Chidimma Thompson
Appointed first black Judge in Canada

All within just 2 months gap of this 2024

So if yoruba get some good positions in ppl companies yes they work very hard to get there also dont write off Lagos host and ppl practicing nationalist advantages
Ppl like Airpeace should be emulated for more United and progressive Nigeria not coming here to rant about how we are best and can only do it beter and all that

Kemi Badenock is not just an MP but the minister for trade in the UK and went far in the contest for PM and have the potential to be one in the future.

There's also another Yoruba women Anna Makanjuola on the board of directors of Open Al and made it to the list of Times magazine 100 women leading in AI in the world.

What about Mo Abudu that made it to the list of 100 most powerful women in the world along with Ngozi Iweala with just being a media and entertainment mogul?

If you are very current with the news you won't be saying the trash you are saying, lists of females MD of Banks in Nigeria is dominated by Yoruba women and if you check the list of women in ICT in Nigeria too it is also dominated by Yoruba women, Top females producers in Nollywood and entertainment in Nigeria is also dominated by Yoruba women.

That's three critical sectors Yoruba women beat Igbo women and i'm sure you will still find them abundant in other sectors but in your delusional mind you think Igbo women are better in career jobs.

Companies will never use quota system when picking competent people to lead their companies because the existence of their companies is at stake, your Lagos excuse is just a pathetic and lame excuse for your failure to compete with Yoruba.

Check the recent list of women leading in Aviation in Nigeria by guardian news paper, there was only one Igbo on the list while the remaining 6 were all Yoruba. Igbo women can never match Yoruba women when it come to career jobs.
