Nollywood has been thrown into mourning following the sad demise of Nollywood actor, Junior Pope. The actor and his colleagues were coming back from a movie location in a boat when they fell into Anam River in Anambra state.

Their bodies have since been recovered.

Hours ago, the actor shared a video of himself taken yesterday in a boat and praying frantically to arrive at his destination safely. The accident unfortunately happened on his way back from the location today April 10th.

The actor is survived by his wife and three children. May his soul rest in peace. Amen.

Yet they will tell you how Nigeria is sweet, I know 2 people that have different stories and their lucky was that, they have Irish passport and German passport else both men would have ended up dying in Nigeria.
One was kidnapped and shot in the leg, after paying the ransom, Nigeria doctors told him, he can’t walk again that they need to cut off the wounded leg. The man only place a phone call to the German embassy and in less than 24 hrs, he said more than 10 medical teams were already waiting for him Frankfurt airport.
He is using the leg now without any problem.

The other was food poison, don’t know what he eat, since according to him, it has been long he visited Nigeria, his system have changed, he said the only lucky for him was that he was still in Lagos, it was Irish embassy that aqetgqrranged everything for him to leave that day.
They took him that night out of Nigeria.

Those are the countries that available their citizens.

That driver was over-confident and over confidence causes a lot of accident. No life jacket put on also. You are driving a boat with such speed and still posing to camera. An eye witness pointed that the driver didn't spot an incoming boat which was what resulted to the accident. Pathetic
