There are more to that, my Guy own changed in the afternoon. He checked earlier this morning but was under review then later checked by 2pm and it changed to in progress, I think it's in batches.

Reason is that, for some one us before the application status gets to application review it took time, around February.

Mine changed from December to February but nothing on the status. Any idea what that imply?

That's not the right person to ask bro. He was the one that told us that they had already shortlisted people before today and we should move on.
