When government wants to deal with person, they can get at u under any guise. He had it coming with so much nonsense he vomits online anytime he gets into constant fight with other clout chasers online.

I don't think we can call his case that of victimization. If he was wise he would've learn from that actress lady that was sentenced for same offence earlier this year. Na everybody dey spray money for naija, but if ur cup full government go use ur back knack ground.

The sentence without option of fine seem too much, but that's at the Judge's discretion. I'm sure the judge like most people who don't endorse the nonsense Bobrisky represents just wants him out of circulation for the time being.

Chief, he is being victimised, haba something everyone does. We Yoruba's sef suppose protest against such laws cos it is discriminatory to our culture of spraying money 😂😂😂 moreover people hardly spray dirty notes.

Case got to court judgement within 1month of offense such level of efficiency is un-nigerian.

Regarding his content, well it earns him income, also the online distractions are probably why some people are still sane in Naija, and contributes to the docility of its citizenry which helps the elite.

KEY FACTS ABOUT THE PROPOSED NEW GENERAL MULTIPURPOSE NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD

1. The new National ID Card is a single, convenient, and General multipurpose card (GMPC) , eliminating the need for multiple cards—not three.

2. The single GMPC has multiple use cases: Payments/Financial, Government intervention/services, travel, etc

3. The National Identity Management Commission is working with the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Nigerian Interbank Settlement System to deliver the payment and financial use cases.

4. The card will be powered by the AFRIGO card scheme, an indigenous scheme powered by NIBSS.

5. Applicants for the card will have to request with their NIN through the self-service online portal, NIMC offices, or their respective banks

6. The card will be issued through the applicants' respective banks in line with existing protocols with the issuance of the Debit/Credit cards.

7. The card can be picked up by holders at the designated center or delivered to the applicants at the requested location at an extra cost to be borne by the applicants.

When did sparying money become Yoruba culture? Was it before the British introduced paper money ni or after ?

I don't think spraying money is Yoruba culture; rather it is a craze most Nigerians just decided to adopt as recent as the the 80's and 90's. I mean what I know is that musicians in the past usually get appreciated either with food, drinks, clothes and or money if their audience really enjoy their performance. I think that's why they call them "alagbe"

Anyways, if most people don't know spraying naira notes is a crime before now; I'm sure they now. Bobrisky too would've gotten the option of fine like the C-List actress that was sentenced recently for same offence; But I believe personally get score to settle with Oga Idris. (Maybe the judge is one of those parents who believes somebody needs to put Bobrisky away for some time)

Bro, does it matter when it started? Just like our culture attires emerged not too long ago, what is Owambe without spraying money? Isn't Culture how we do things around here? If we can define culture as a social behaviour of a particular people or society.

But Nigerian government has since outlawed spraying money na. I think it was under Buhari's first term they made the law and CBN created enough awareness around it.

It's just our normal naija non-chalancy that made everybody overlook it.

I remember sometimes around last year after that actress lady was arrested; some event planners came up with a way around the law.

Let's say u have N100k cash to spray at the party; will meet the designated ushers who will collect the real cash from u and give u a paper-cut-to-money size that has the celebrant(s)' face on it. That's what u will spray and trample on as much as u want.

If u ask me; I think that way both guests and celebrants are safe.

Everyone here is guilty of this offence at some point. While we thank the court for returning our lost brother, we must also point out that the court shouldn't be used to settle personal scores.

Spraying money is now part of our culture. Come to club this evening and see boys throwing money all over the place.

The man turned the whole thing to an opportunity to crowdfund for himself and chase clout . More like he has always loved the limelight but not been fortunate enough to have what it takes to be in the spotlight .

The man keeps behaving irrationally and I see people finding one excuse or the other to defend him. He keeps granting interviews to alll those hustling bloggers and those ones keep using him to push traffic for their social media account.

I even saw a video where he wore dapper clothes , wore stud eerings and was complementing the beauty of the lady with the camera. Smh.... A father whose son is still in the morgue o🤮

Buy at ₦1,115 on the street, then sell for ₦1,142 on NAFEM platform.

We have to go back to why he hurriedly buried the boy in the first place

Well, to be fair he had a valid reason as at that time . Most Yorubas will bury a younger person as soon possible provided the death is deemed natural and nobody is alleging crime.

It was after they had buried him that videos Sam Larry Assaulting him , petition he wrote to Police about threat to his life and other things started coming to light . I believe it was all of those that made the government step-in to exhume the corpse .

It was the father's greediness and listening to every Tom , Diick and Harry advice that made him start questioning the grandson's paternity . The man never had issues with the daughter-in-law , his son and grandson while the son was alive ( Based on the mother's account of events ) I believe it is the fear that the grandson might be getting everything left by Mohbad without adequate provision made for him that pushed him to start the DNA campaign .

For some reason , I want the lady to do DNA iat a court approved medical laboratory and let result be made known to the public by the court. I wonder what the man will do if the test confirms indeed the boy is mohbad's son.

This is a state governor owning it on public TV

Listen just to the first 2mins and hear a governor speaking on this

That is the purpose of federal system of govt. If State govt and LG are useless then we should scrap them.

What is the role of the state governor you voted into power

You cannot say because they are useless FG has to bear the brunt of their uselessness

If everything is controlled by FG then all states will be the same but its not true, Some states are more secure than others, Some states have better healthcare than others and some states have better education than others. Which shows state govt matters
