I know this has been overflogged in nairaland but I want to ask this:

Is there hope for chronic cheaters or will they continue requiring forgiveness in the relationship and then marriage?

I ask bcause all these celebrities from psquare to ay, to basketmouth, there seems to be allegations of cheating and these alleged cheating happened far before martiage.

is there hope? there seems to be the modern day assumption that guys can cheat and ask for forgiveness, but girls can't.

Cheats do not change, they only get smarter and let me also tell you that promiscuity is hereditary kos if you are not truly promiscuous no matter how you want to form a baddie for whatever reason you'll always feel remorseful and backoff because it ain't in your DNA

anybody can cheat (male/female) and many do for various reason, thus why you cant ask if there is hope unless you take it case by case why this person cheated. also, i believe that its an eye for an eye, so if you believe you can cheat then your woman should be allowed to do the same; same with anything and everything else in any relationship. so flirting/chatting with strangers on SM/giving strangers of the opposite sex a lift etc

as for me, regardless of why the person cheated, i will never forgive/forget.... and it will be the end of the r/ship if she does.

Before you go into relationship know if your partner is a cheat or not, before you get commited.

a cheater will always cheat if the opportunity comes be it man or woman,infact some people don't even know when they cheat,it is implusive

finding women is not problem, but finding a GOOD woman is. i will never be with a woman who has no respect for me and/or the relationship we are in. RESPECT/TRUST/HONESTY etc are the foundation that i will never go without (even if she is perfect in every other possible ways)
