Benin was well known all of the world as far back as in 1440
No other tribe comes close to Benin.
Benin was the last tribe to be conquered by British and they were the only tribe to fought the British and refused to join Nigeria initially.

Just like other lies, you need other lies to cover it but truth don't change Actually, there was no lie. The Oba of Benin RARELY travels. This is still true - although the present Oba will definitely travel more than his ancestors because of the demands of modern times and given his cosmopolitan nature. The Oba rarely travels is what some Bini kids misconstrued as the Oba never travels, either out of sheer ignorance or in a misguided attempt to add mystique to their Oba. The kingdom never had a rule forbidden the Oba from leaving the palace. Even in the old days, he did leave. Long before the Internet came out, I saw the Oba (Erediawua) at a convocation, yet I knew the Oba rarely travelled. |

heard that school is very rigid academically Most of the people who rush in thinking it's an easier way to become a degree holder drop out after the first exam.Most of the students that graduated with 2.1 in NOUN(especially 4.0 upward) won't find it difficult to get first class in conventional universities. No sorting No mark upgrading No money/body bribery Etc. The first two years exams is between you and your computer you can't even ask questions from the person next to you. It's like being caged. That school is not for people who don't have time to study.
