It is not.in the case of ayu,the entire pdp ward exco sacked him and it was affirmed by the LG and state excos same as in secondus case.
In this very case,9 excos led by the legal adviser carried out the illegal act.in APC constitution and in most bodies,meetings can only be called and chaired by the party leader,chairman,vice chair or secretary and not the legal adviser and the suspension must be affirmed by the higher chapters.obviously,what happened in Kano is a nullity...

And in all the two instances you quoted against Obi, why was it difficult for EFCC to institute legal case against Obi till date. In the first one, the Anambra government should have investigated the case but you know what? The money does not belong to the state government of Anambra but it was contractor's money that Obi's driver followed to Lagos to withdraw for a project the contractor bidded for, which the state government had not released money to the contractor as at that time and he went to his bank to source for the money to do the project.

Now, on the issue of Pandora. Keeping money in tax haven is a common practice among the rich and the wealthy in the society as to get quick return. Lately, even average people keep their meagre money in the tax haven. It's not all that kept their money in tax haven that are thieves. If you're carrying such notion and mentality about, it only defeats your education. Peter Obi has challenged anyone that think he stole a Kobo and kept it in tax haven to come out, he even said, he is ready to let go his presidential ambition if such person can come out with fact but till date nobody has come out to initiate court process against him or call him a liar. Even the EFCC or ICPC had not deem it fit to institute legal case against all those feature in the Pandora paper. Now, are we saying our laws or legal system so weak not to prosecute offenders? He even said, he has kept the money there for long, even before he joined politics.
We cannot continue malign people at will for political expediency. I think Peter Obi need to make example of someone one day for libel and I think you should be number one on the list.

No doubt Ganduje remain innocent until it is proven in the law court to have committed the infraction against the state but the difference between his case and that Obi is that the state government of Kano has investigated him and has begun legal action against him but not on Obi. No antigraft agency had instituted case against Obi, let alone investigated him.
