According to section 7 of the criminal code ... Anyone who abates, help , procure or assist another to commit a crime is as guilty as the principal offender and should be convicted same as the principal offender... This man is as guilty as Bleep and unfortunately motive for this can't even save you... Simple withdrawal could have saved this

Yeah, I get it. He committed the crime in 2017, dismissed in 2017... arraignment should have followed immediately because he was dismissed after investigations showed his culpability. Even if he wasn't arraigned in court in 2017, it must have been soon after. I guess they know how they do their thing though
