Everything you said relies on the fact that institutional racism doesn't exist. How do you get justice when 1.) You can't afford a lawyer(your poor after all) and even if you could, the lawyers in your area are scared to take the case. 2.) the whole Police Department is racist. 3.) The Justices on the courts are racist 4.) And the appeals court decides not to take appeals from black people? Welcome to small town living. Where does this justice come from?
