No, she shouldn't be celebrated. She should first fight back to show that she is not just a bone head as the godman tried to make her out to be by the public humiliation, then you celebrate her for standing up for herself. She is a lawyer damnit!

Even if he was not convinced of her testimony, he could have spoken to her privately and then she may have to come back again for a more coherent testimony sometime in the future.

Bullsheet! There ain't no lesson here other than telling him that people support her doing absolutely nothing about the humiliation he gave to her. He is practically getting away with humiliating her as she is being rewarded to stay quiet.

Have you ever seen a lawyer that can't speak English or be confident? She is a embarrassment to law profession. Public speaking is a must for lawyers. This is why they refer to themselves as learned colleagues.
That woman was a mediocre. She shouldn't be celebrated. I question her degree and the school that awarded her the degree. All round embarrassment.

None of this justifies the public humiliation she received from that man who was not her lecturer or a part of an accreditation board for lawyers. The mediocrity here is this woman choosing to stay silent rather than sue the man for the defamation.

I appreciate resillience, but we must be careful not to celebrate mediocrity.


The lady demonstrated some level of mediocrity, but i appreciate her resilience judging the obstacles she claimed to have surmounted to get her law degree. She has to work hard on self improvement with public speaking and general knowledge. There is a reason why lawyers are called the "learned ones". Lawyers are expected to be vast in knowledge and communicate clearly.
