My heart was broken yesterday when a lady, a long time acquaintance called me to say "do you know my only daughter smokes weed" and even fought her mum..

A young, promising girl that I know when she was birthed...

Most smokers in Nigeria do that in there house or base, all the countries mentioned up there, there people smoke in the street at work even outside their place of worship.

The dangers of second hand cigarette smoke is known to all and every responsible country is trying to limit it.
So,it is not a Nigerian thing..

The stigma is universal,it's a deliberate attempt to stop smoking by all governments.
No adverts,health warnings on the package etc.
Some countries have even made it a criminal offence, for people born from a particular year onwards to smoke..
