I think Ronaldo should’ve dealt with the issue differently. Leave the storming off to the Antonys and co. Take your leave without any bad blood. ETH would be found out sooner or later if he’s incompetent. Ronaldo is already a legend and playing under ETH won’t make him any less so.

Then after the whole issue is over he can come on any program and talk about it. Like Schweinsteiger did. I tell you, he’d have surrounded himself with more light and ETH would have had the short end of the stick.

By positions, I mean players, coaches, medical team, physios, data analytics team, facilities, player recruitment and so on.
