Igbos always say that they lead in WAEC for about a decade now which is a lie taken from their Ipob stats that did not emanate from WAEC.
WAEC is international.They had never ranked states.

What these illiterates intentionally overlook is that the school system in Anambra is run by churches in the missionary school format. They bring their budget and the state governments hands over the money . The majority of schools are founded by missions and churches and is still the same till today
The state government oversees and regulates

If you consider the population of Anambra and the population of Lagos , Anambrarians have more access to education per head than Lagosians . So yes Lagos needs to build more schools . There’re not enough schools

Record of WAEC where some of the principals hire mercenaries to write exam for the whole school....can and carry WAEC result .... whenever WAEC exam is approaching, those mercenaries and some Corpers used to cash out....they use mercenaries to do most of the work... including write the essay and letter in English language...
