Instead of governor Nwifuru to upgrade the abandoned Ebonyi state airport, he's busy demolishing traders shops.
It's not an issue of upgrading. Even if he put $10bn it would still be empty.

Airlines don't ply the Ebonyi route because they don't have passengers. Most people going to Ebonyi State are already used to taking Enugu bound flights. And most airline companies that ply Enugu are not ready to add Ebonyi to the list of destinations.

That airport is useless.
The money used in building the airport could have been used in other developments in Ebonyi state.

And these demolitions, why can't the government stop the building of this houses at the earliest stage knowing it is against the plans of future development. It's very bad.
Nwifuru is building another fly over at Ogoja road we about to have 25 flyovers in Ebonyi.

Enugu man. As long as you keep trying to demarket Ebonyi airport and encourage traffic towards Enugu airport. Politics will have its way and airlines will pick Ebonyi airport with better infrastructure over Enugu airport anytime anyday. The airport will be completed this October and we’ll see which one will have more traffic in 1 year of its service.

This shows that Lagos state is being held hostage and blackmailed by people of certain origin. Every other state in Nigeria is free to demolish infractions in order to build but once it comes to Lagos state government, you'll see some people shouting that the government is heartless for destroying people's investment. If it was in Anambra or Imo etc, that Landmark beach would have gone by now if there was an important major road to be built. But because it's in Lagos, you'll see Peter Obi and their group shouting. Obi that cannot comment on anything in the SE now sees Lagos as his home that must work according to his feelings.
Pls can you show me where Obi commented about demolition in Lagos ?

Look at this clown. What makes you think I'm from Enugu State?

I'm taking about passenger traffic you're here bringing tribalism into it.

Enugu bound flights picks Awka passengers, Enugu passengers and Ebonyi.

Most Enugu bound flights I've entered, whenever I come down at emene we that are continuing to Ebonyi State are less than 10. Out of over 80 passengers.

That's why Air peace despite the fact that they landed at the Ebonyi airport with the then governor, refused to add it to their destination list, cos there are no passengers. That's the reality on ground.

You are still bitting about the bush, l asked a simple question. Show me where Peter Obi directly condemned the demolition in Lagos state or even any other part of south west and you are shameless posting nonsense me.

Obi is a big fish as much as Nigeria of today is concerned, there is no way he will make a national statement and national dailies won't carry it, once again show me where Peter Obi criticized Lagos demolition

Truth of the matter is if Ebonyi airport entrance doesn’t challenge Enugu airport traffic, you wouldn’t have been here ranting like a rabid dog.

You would have waved Ebonyi airport aside without giving it any attention.

But because it pains you idiots that even Enugu airport passengers will be taking drives to Ebonyi to use the more infrastructural airport, you now choose to cry like a baby over the internet.

The politico-economic connections Dave has will see Ebonyi airport through, and the reason it didn’t receive much airline was because of the faulty runway, not because of traffic.

Anuofia! Jealousy will kill you before your children will have their own children, idiot.

Ebonyi has broken away from your dependence.
