Total boycotting of dstv why will I subscribe to this greedy dstv while SLTV can give you 97% of what dstv can offer , with just a monthly subscription of 5000 you can watch all premier league , Laliga, italian league and even champions league couple with some good movie and news stations. You guys are just wasting your money subscribing to those greedy multi choice.

Multichoice may be losing subscribers but they're still raking more money from all these arbitrary increments.

It's more like you have 10 customers that pays 1,000 each for subscriptions, that is 10,000.

You hike subscription to 1,500, 3 customers drop while the remaining 7 customers subscribed giving you 10,500. That's extra 500 profit made from the hike despite losing some customers. So they are still making it that's why the increments hasn't stopped.

So far as Multichoice enjoys a monopoly with weak govt regulation and oversight in Nigeria, the increment will continue unabated. Expect another hike before the year end.

Apart from individuals, there are thousands of hotels, fast foods and banks in the country that will keep subscribing no matter the rate.

The sad thing hearing this negative news , the amount is less than 27 USD.May thunder fire all these rulers . In the real scheme of things if things were working it is cheap , when compared with YouTube tv which is around 55 usd for base package , mediacom is around 120 USD, Direct Tv is around 100 USD for base package etc . In addition, the quality of service provided by DStV when compared to those earlier mentioned is substandard.Nigeria needs a reset to get things moving , so people can get quality service.
